For many people, we relate to how we "see" ourselves as the real "me". More times than not, we spend our lives seeking joy, peace, happiness, our purpose, and the meaning of life in perspectives, opinions, and the admiration of others. We focus on things, moments and events and decide that combined with how others see us, that is who we really are. Or we decide that we need to "learn" from life, achieve success in any number of arenas like relationships, careers, status, or Self-importance in order to be satisfied with ourselves. In "There's Only You - An Exploration” we take a distinct journey, an exploration, that illuminates the images you have of yourself, fully revealing that they are in fact, just that, reflections of who you truly are and that the experience of the most profound aspect of yourself is literally, just a breath away. Through a series of dialogues on how we view the world, ourselves and others, Inner-Landscape Explorations (a form of meditation), and exercises, you will go on a journey AND come face-to-face with the essence that animates your very being, with the sacredness that dwells within each of us. Rather than a journey somewhere, it is a voyage within, an exploration of divine sights. There’s Only You - An Exploration is our flagship course and a prerequisite to participate in any other course at Apex. This is a one-day course. Logistics: Time: 9:00am – 5:00pm Requirements: - Loose, comfortable clothing - A journal (if you wish) - Video “On” during all sessions, including during Inner Landscape Exploration Exercises - A quiet, private place in which to participate - All other devices than the one on which you are participating in the course in “airplane” mode for the duration of sessions (though not during breaks and lunch-although it is recommended) Tuition: $500.00USD
