About Me

Apex Explorations is a life-long dream for me. I went from working in upscale Beauty Salons in NYC and a 15-year stint as an Interior Designer to discover that what made me the happiest, what made me smile, was having conversations with people about the experiences to be had in meditation. And as anyone who knows me can tell you, I love to talk!

As I spent decades focused on all the exterior beauty to be seen and enjoyed, I simultaneously developed a passion for discovering my inner world.  I would spend my days working on clients, yet my early mornings and evenings were set aside for immersing myself in deep, spiritual practices.  I felt as if I lived a double life and kept looking to see how to merge the two and have them become one continuous experience.

Apex Explorations is the result of that inquiry. 

​

My vision was to create a company that would serve people from all walks of life, from all cultures and faiths, countries and backgrounds, with one purpose above all; reminding everyone not of who they "should be" but of who they really are.

​

I lead our courses, classes and events in both English and Spanish. However, ultimately, the language of Apex is the universal language of Love. I am here to be of service.  And it would be my privilege to be of service to you.
